Bert
started his music career in the world famous Cavern Club in Liverpool playing
Banjo with local bands. His early Piano lessons came to the fore later when he
heard "Jelly Roll Morton" records.
He reverted to Piano endeavouring
to develope his own personal style based around "Morton & Ragtime"
and has since played with the Kenny Ball Band, Pete Allen Band amongst others.
Now he's a "Whoopee". Great for him and great for us......
